Refund and Guarantee

NowCreative (nowcreative.ai) is a brand operated by 1088 Consulting HK Limited, Hong Kong. This policy applies to our creative engagements and forms part of our Terms of Service.

On a new engagement, we deliver the first 2 ads within 24 hours of receiving the completed brief. If you tell us in writing within 48 hours of that delivery that you do not love them, we refund the fee in full and you keep those ads.

If no ad we make beats your best existing click-through rate (CTR) within 30 days, after at least USD 1,000 of test spend on our ads with results shared with us, your next month's retainer fee is waived.

You must provide ad account read access or screenshots so we can verify your existing best CTR, our ads' results and the test spend. This guarantee waives the next month's fee; it is not a cash refund or a promise of revenue or profit.

Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once production starts. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term; retainers can be cancelled after that minimum with 30 days' written notice. There are no refunds for partial months. These conditions do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Bank fees and foreign exchange (FX) charges are not refundable. Refunds are returned by bank transfer within 14 business days of approval. We may need to confirm the original payer's bank details to return the payment securely.

Email sj@nowcreative.ai with your company name, invoice reference and the guarantee you are claiming. For the first-ads guarantee, your written request must arrive within 48 hours of delivery. For the retainer guarantee, include read access or screenshots showing the test results and spend.

This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and is read together with our Terms of Service.
