NowCreative (nowcreative.ai) is a brand operated by 1088 Consulting HK Limited, Hong Kong. We are responsible for the personal information we collect for our services. Contact sj@nowcreative.ai for privacy questions.

We collect contact details provided through forms, replies and Cal.com bookings; completed briefs and brand materials; and billing details needed for invoices. Basic site analytics may include page visits, device information and interactions. On unlisted prospect pages, we record page views, video engagement and request or booking-button clicks using a session identifier.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure how our ads perform. These tools report website events such as page views, pricing views, booking-button clicks, completed bookings and submitted briefs to Meta, along with technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser information and Meta's browser cookies. Where we have your email address or phone number from a form or brief, it is hashed before being sent for matching. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first and nothing is sent until they accept; everyone else can opt out at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We use information to deliver creative services, manage engagements, issue invoices, reply to enquiries, arrange calls, and improve our site and ads. We also use it to meet legal and accounting duties and protect against misuse.

Where EU or UK data protection rules apply, we rely on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as responding to business enquiries and improving services, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Our processors and service providers include Cal.com for bookings, Google Workspace for communications, Lovable Cloud hosting and storage, Meta for ad measurement through the Pixel and Conversions API, and bank or payment providers for invoiced payments. They receive information needed for their role. Booked-call details and attribution are also sent to our private War Room for follow-up and team notifications, including Telegram. We may also share information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

We never sell your personal data.

Confirmed Cal.com bookings are stored with your name, email, optional phone, company and website, booking time, and available first-visit attribution. When advertising measurement is permitted, attribution includes Meta browser and click identifiers, campaign UTM parameters, your landing page, country, IP address and browser information. First-visit attribution expires after 90 days in browser storage.

Confirmed calls and submitted briefs may be reported to Meta for measurement and ad optimization. Paid invoice amounts, currency and payment time may be reported to measure revenue and return on ad spend. Contact matching data, including email, first and last name, phone and country, is hashed before sharing and requires explicit advertising acceptance in every region. Hashing does not anonymise data. A US regional default alone never authorizes contact matching. We store the advertising choice, region, timestamp and notice version with the conversion, and preserve acceptance evidence when a choice is withdrawn.

Use Cookie settings to withdraw advertising permission, or email sj@nowcreative.ai to withdraw permission for stored leads, CRM records and later invoice reporting. Withdrawal stops future advertising reporting; it does not erase previously lawful disclosures. Bookings and service records remain available for arranging calls and accounting.

We retain information as long as needed for the engagement and our legal or accounting duties. Invoices and related accounting records are typically retained for 7 years. Other information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including access restrictions. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The site and embedded booking tools may use cookies or browser storage for essential functions, session management and analytics. Prospect pages use session storage to avoid counting the same page view repeatedly. You can manage cookies through your browser, though blocking essential storage may affect functionality.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner and can accept or decline advertising measurement before anything is sent. All visitors can change their choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer; declining stops both browser and server-side advertising reports immediately. Your choice is stored with its date so we can honour it on later visits.

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), you may request access to and correction of your personal data. You can also ask us to delete information we no longer need by emailing sj@nowcreative.ai. We may retain records required by law and may need to verify your identity before responding.

EU and UK visitors may, where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, including direct marketing. You may withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Hong Kong visitors may contact the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. We aim to respect GDPR-style rights for EU and UK visitors, subject to applicable law.

Our service providers may process information outside Hong Kong, including in locations used by their hosting and communications services. Data protection laws may differ. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards and, where EU or UK rules require them, applicable transfer safeguards for international processing.
